PT. Nusautama Medicalindo was established and operated since 1994, having hospital business units in Medan, Semarang and Pulomas. Since 2008, PT Nusautama Medicalindo was taken over by Columbia Asia Healthcare, Sdn. Bhd. In 2010, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia issued Decree No. 603/MENKES/SK/V/2010 concerning the Change of Hospital Name Gleni International Hospital to Columbia Asia Hospital Medan.
